RMV Construction Company is based in Kearney, NE. We are a
rapidly growing general contractor and construction management firm.
Founded in 1995 by Curtis and Janet Baetz in Smith Center, KS,
starting with a small closet remodel, the business grew. After
completing motel, educational, healthcare and custom residences in
north central Kansas the business moved to Kearney, NE in 2000.
Curtis Baetz started as a carpenter in 1986. He was promoted to
construction superintendent in 1989 at the age of 24.
Today the business is growing and committed to providing
professional building services at an affordable price. We have a
capable field crew with years of leadership and experience
delivering projects on time, and on budget.
