Wastewater Treatment Vehicle Storage Facility

New 9,600 SF pre-engineered metal building for municipal fleet and equipment storage at the City of Kearney Wastewater Treatment Plant. Constructed within an active treatment campus without disrupting plant operations. Completed 2022.

Nebraska Department of Transportation Maintenance Facility

New 26,700 SF maintenance and operations facility for NDOT and Nebraska State Patrol. Includes heated equipment storage bays, wash bays, mechanic work areas, office space, evidence storage, and extensive site development with perimeter security and fuel infrastructure. Completed 2026.

Municipal / Recreational • Bertrand, NE

Bertrand Aquatic Facility

New outdoor aquatic facility including a 138,000-gallon swimming pool with aquatic play structure, water features, ADA lift, and diving board. New 2,300 SF bathhouse with showers, office, lifeguard area, and chemical rooms. Delivered under CMAR. Original GMP: $2,309,729. Final cost: $2,311,699. Completed June 2022.

City of McCook Pool Facility

New outdoor aquatic facility project pursued under Construction Management at Risk for the City of McCook. RMV provided full CMAR services, including preconstruction, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination.
