HOW WE WORK

Every Jobsite. Every Day.

  • 01 | Pre-Task Planning

    Every project begins with a site-specific safety plan developed before work starts. Hazards are identified, access routes are established, and all workers are oriented before they begin.

  • 02 | Site Orientation

    All workers on every RMV project complete a site-specific safety orientation before beginning work. No exceptions. Subcontractors are held to the same standards as RMV's own field crews.

  • 03 | Ongoing Jobsite Monitoring

    RMV conducts regular toolbox talks, ongoing site inspections, and daily safety coordination throughout construction. Hazards are documented and addressed immediately, not deferred.

  • 04 | Continuous Improvement

    RMV reviews safety performance on every project and applies lessons learned to the next one. Our EMR reflects that commitment: a track record built over 19 years of active construction across Nebraska.

Tanner Bowers

Safety Lead / Consultant

Tanner Bowers has twelve years of experience in safety and holds an OSHA 503 Outreach Trainer certification through the OSHA Training Institute. He has served as RMV's dedicated safety resource since 2020, conducting on-site inspections, delivering OSHA-certified training, and holding field operations accountable to the program he helped build.

Tanner is contracted through Common Sense Safety and operates independently of RMV. That independence is precisely why RMV structured its safety program this way.
