    RMV sequences work to keep residents safe and facilities fully operational throughout construction. Infection control measures, temporary barriers, and phased access plans are in place before work begins.

    Dust, noise, and access are managed daily. Facility administrators receive regular updates. Residents and staff are never left wondering what is happening or what comes next.

    Final punch lists and closeout are managed with the same care as every prior phase. Facilities are ready for full operation when construction ends, not days or weeks later.

New kitchen and dining addition plus comprehensive skilled nursing facility renovation completed in 2026. Construction required continuous operations for residents and staff throughout, with phased sequencing, infection control coordination, and daily communication with facility administration.

3,500 SF renovation of an active skilled nursing wing. Full interior renovation within an occupied healthcare environment. One of 60+ contracts RMV has delivered for the Good Samaritan Society since 2007.

GSS St. Johns Skilled Nursing Facility Addition and Remodel

Four-phase addition and remodel of an active skilled nursing facility. Residents were present throughout every phase. Scope included structural, mechanical, and building systems work requiring real-time design resolution and continuous coordination with facility staff. Contract value: $2.8M original, $3.4M final reflecting genuine existing condition complexity.
