Typical Career Opportunities:
Superintendents
RMV superintendents lead field operations on active job sites across Nebraska. You will manage daily subcontractor coordination, schedule adherence, quality control, and site safety.
RMV self-performs a significant portion of its work, so our superintendents are hands-on leaders, not just administrators.
Project Managers
RMV project managers are the primary point of contact between the owner, design team, and field crew. You will manage submittals, RFIs, schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance from preconstruction through closeout.
Experience with commercial construction required.
Carpenters
RMV carpenters are skilled tradespeople who take ownership of their work. You will perform finish and rough carpentry on commercial projects across Nebraska.
Experience with commercial construction preferred.
Laborers
Entry-level and experienced laborers support field operations across RMV job sites. You will assist with site preparation, material handling, cleanup, and general construction support.
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn are the most important qualifications.
Estimators
RMV estimators support the preconstruction team on competitive hard-bid and CMAR pursuits. You will perform quantity takeoffs, solicit subcontractor bids, level proposals, and assemble final bid packages.
Commercial construction estimating experience required.
Project Engineers
RMV project engineers support project managers and superintendents on active commercial projects. You will manage document control, submittals, RFIs, owner correspondence, and subcontractor coordination.
A construction management degree or equivalent field experience preferred.
