01 | Planning & Coordination
RMV reviews drawings and specifications before construction begins, establishes a detailed project schedule, confirms subcontractor scopes, and identifies long-lead procurement risks. Problems identified in planning do not become change orders in the field.
02 | Construction Management
RMV's project manager and superintendent are actively on site every day. Subcontractors are coordinated through weekly meetings and two-week look-ahead schedules. Every RFI, submittal, and change order is tracked and responded to promptly. The owner is never chasing information.
03 | Quality & Safety
RMV maintains quality control checkpoints at every key milestone. Site-specific safety orientation is required for all workers on every RMV project. With an EMR of 0.93, safety is not a compliance exercise. It is how we operate.
04 | Project Completion
RMV manages closeout with the same attention as every prior phase. Punch lists are completed systematically, owner training is coordinated, and final documentation, warranties, and as-built drawings are delivered completely and on time.
