Brief Summary
This project included 4 phase renovation, a large addition and remodel of remaining existing facility. The project was a concrete slab on grade, wood framed structure with stone wainscot and EIFS. It also included complete front entry renovation with covered canopy that offers protection from the elements to their residents. The resident rooms included tile, vinyl flooring throughout along with an updated kitchen. This project was completed successfully without interrupting the daily lives of the residents and staff.
