Curtis Baetz started in construction as a carpenter in 1986 and became a superintendent at 24. In February 2007, he and his wife Janet founded RMV Construction in Kearney, Nebraska. Not with a startup team assembled for a pitch, but with people who had spent years building together in the field.
That history is still the foundation. The people RMV brings to a project have worked alongside each other through difficult schedules, weather events, occupied campuses, and every other thing construction throws at a team. That experience does not come from credentials alone. It comes from showing up together, project after project, for nearly two decades.
Today RMV operates from offices in Kearney and Lincoln, delivering construction management, general contracting, and design-build projects for schools, healthcare organizations, municipalities, and industrial clients across Nebraska.
